Terms and Conditions

All yoga, astrology and Tarot sessions, whether in person or online (the “services”) are undertaken at the client’s own risk. In undertaking any of the services, the client (i) agrees to hold Yogamancy and Lara van Zuydam harmless for any injury or damages, howsoever arising, to the client’s person or property at any time; (ii) understands that Yogamancy and Lara van Zuydam make no guarantees as to the accuracy of any astrology or Tarot readings, and that yoga and astrology and Tarot readings, including medical astrology readings, are not substitutes for professional counselling and/or advice and/or medical assistance or advice; and (iii) consents to Lara van Zuydam holding the client’s personal data for the purposes of astrology consultations or yoga, where applicable.

Clients undertaking yoga:

• agree that they will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain;

• understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment;

• understand that they should consult a medical physician before commencing any physical activity programme, including yoga;

• agree that that it is their responsibility to notify Lara van Zuydam of any illness or injury before every yoga class or workshop.
